How we work?

Leveraging the extensive network, we prepare a robust procurement plan, while maintaining complete transparency. Each pipe received at our ware house undergoes inhouse inspection, further all documents undergo thorough verification, these processes exemplify our meticulous effort of our commitment to quality. We maintain a track record of 7 years, for every pipe sold.

Order of Material (Inventory) - Indigenous / Overseas Mills

Inspection by IBR approved TPI Agency

Review of TPI Agency IR / IRN by QC Dept

Despatch Clearance to mill

Stacking of Material at Warehouse

Receipt of Material at warehouse

Identification of pipes by Heat Number and Marking

Color Coding - Grade-wise as per internal color code Doc No. D005 of 2008

Random Verification of Dimensions at regular intervals by our QC

Material Receipt & Inspection Report in customized ERP system

Entry into Inventory

Traceability of each and every pipe maintained since 2010 in ERP system (Almost 14 Years)

Order Review with Internal Dept viz., QC / SCM / Logistics / Finance to ensure seamless execution of order

Allocation of stock

Raise Indent to SCM if stock not available

Issue ITP for approval to customer if Third Party Inspection required

Issue Inspection call letter after receipt of Approved ITP

Issue of IR / IRN, DCC & Despatch Instruction by Customer

Issue Delivery Order from HO to Warehouse

Packing list cum Delivery Challan raised by Warehouse giving details of Size - OD X WT, Heat Number, Make, PO SRN, Item Code, Quantity in Nos., Mtrs and Metric Ton

Generate Sales invoice

Balance Material to Stock Register

Note: All above transactions are done through customized ERP system

Rejection of Material

Receipt of Complaint from Customer

Raise CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) as per ISO

Check for traceability thro Heat Number in ERP System

Visit to customer site by our QC, if required

Raise Complaint on our Supplier

Replacement of New Material or corrective action taken for existing material and close CAPA

For New material replaced, old material returned by customer is entered into rejection register and stacked in NCR Area at warehouse
