It's with a heavy heart, we inform you that Mr. Mannan our leader is no more. He passed away on 10th January 2020. With his vision, persistence and hard work, he built this company from ground up.
Mr. Mannan followed the mantra of living life to the fullest. He put heart and soul into making Evergreen what it is today.
His style of leadership in business was to nurture relationships, build friendships. He stood a firm ground on his principles of honesty and generosity. He didn't just recruit and employ people, he took them under his hood and personally mentored them and helped them grow into better individuals. He sought perfection and had faith in people.
We the evergreen family will miss him like a father. In this hour of grief, we now understand that he will live on as the heart and soul of Evergreen. His vision now will be carried forward by his heir and son Mr.Adnan.
Mr.Adnan has been a part of the Evergreen family for some years now, learning and shadowing his father he now strongly holds the reigns of Evergreen, as we move into a new decade. As our company moves forward we are glad that a strong leader stands amongst us who on his own accord started a business and runs it successfully, and has accomplished this and much more at a young age.
We extend our arms to you, our partners, suppliers, customers, and our friends in the industry asking to help us get through this transition and strengthen our bonds. We know that the deep friendship and relationships that Mr. Mannan had with each of you is stronger and deeper than just business, we hold each of those bonds to a very high value and would like to continue to nurture the same.

At Evergreen this is our mantra to ensure success. In the last quarter we aimed to further develop our employees to provide superior solutions and support to our clients. As a result, we have formulated an in-depth rotating employee on-boarding and training process to help new employees develop a multitude of perspectives on the workings of this industry. We have also implemented a department-wise cross training programme where we encourage the top performing team members to share their experience and knowledge to other teams. Despite being in its early stages these efforts are yielding incredibly positive results. We are excited to see the long term value this creates for the company and our clients.
